i'm feeling bad than ever

same as the tittle,i'm feeling really bad,it juz like solving a question tat dun hav solution!!!
start from afternoon,i'm feeling really bad when i knew this thing!
i dun noe either i should tell ppl or not...
but when i decide to tell,i find no one.....
when i take up my phone,juz remember tat my phone hav expired 3 days ago...
i'm out of contact...i cant call ppl...
i dun noe wat should i do,i'm starting to nervous,i'm starting to sweat when i think of it...
i dun noe what will happen later,i have no gust to think of it,
it a terrible nightmare for me
